Nov 2 to 4, Tues - Thurs {A} Mid-week Trail Clearing on the North Shore
We’ll be clearing many ski trails and staying at resorts in the Tofte/Lutsen/Cascade River area. Exact locations will be determined at a later date. Our sponsors require a minimum participation of 15 North Stars, and a maximum of 20. Send a signed waiver form plus a $25 deposit check by October 4 to Frank Janezich, 10217 Tenth Avenue Circle, Bloomington, MN 55420. Deposits will be returned at the end of the trip. Be prepared to hike up to 5 or 6 miles clearing brush, clipping and sawing small branches, and perhaps shoveling dirt to level eroded areas; a full workday on Wednesday, and half-day on Thursday. Meals will be provided. Fuel reimbursement per club policy for those who car-pool.
All North Stars on this trip are expected to be fully Covid vaccinated and adhering to MN Department of Health Covid guidelines.
