Note change in location of ride start. Meet at 9:45 a.m. at parking lot of old Dakota County Courthouse (Hastings City Hall) on East 4th St, two blocks east of Vermillion St (US 61); begin biking at 10:00. We’ll bike some Hastings trails, then ride to Schaar's Bluff on the Great River Trail and continue on the new four-mile section that provides great vistas of the river valley and crosses two spectacular bridges. This new trail extension has scenery that will thrill you. Plan on a 25- to 30-mile ride with some hills and we’ll try to keep the group together.
